Summary

In 1993 the Elders Pastoral Group (see Elders IXL) was floated as Elders Australia Ltd. In 1995 Elders acquired the Australian Agricultural Company, and in the same years Elders was taken over by Futuris Corporation Ltd and delisted from the stock exchange. In 1998 Elders acquired Primac Holdings and began trading in Qld as Primac Elders.
