Australian Cement Ltd (1925 - 1964)

Location: South Melbourne, Victoria

Registered in Victoria in 1925 to take over the business activities of Australian Portland Cement Company Pty Ltd. In 1929 Kandos Cement Company Ltd was merged into the company's operations. A new company Australian Portland Cement Pty Ltd was registered in Victoria to acquire the assets etc of both companies.
