Pope Products Limited (1931 - 1945)

In 1931 Pope Sprinklers Limited changed its name to Pope Products Ltd to reflect diversification into a range of household products other than sprinklers and irrigation equipment.

1934 saw the company go into voluntary liquidation to permit it's restructuring. The end result was a new company with the same name, i.e. Pope Products Limited.

In 1945 a new company Pope Industries Limited was formed. This company acquired all the shares of Pope Products Limited.
