Established by Albert Landseer in about 1860, this South Australian company was a shipping and forwarding agent and the owner of paddle steamers operating on the Murray and Darling Rivers. Steamers owned at various times included: Alice; Annie; Barwon; Bourke; Dispatch; Eliza; Empress; Gertrude; Hilda; John Hart; Marion; Mary Ann; Milang; Murrumbidgee; Rob Roy; Tarella; Victor and Waterwitch.
