Registered in Victoria in 1912 to take over North Broken Hill Mining Co Ltd. In 1923 the business of British Broken Hill Propriety Co Ltd was taken over. Following the takeover of Peko Wallsend Ltd in 1988 the company changed it's name to North Broken Hill Peko Ltd.
