Following a series of amalgamations with smaller insurance companies Citizens Life Assurance Co Ltd changed its name to The Mutual Life and Citizen's Assurance Co Ltd in 1908. In 1910 the company took over Australian Widow's Fund Life Assurance Society Ltd. |
