In 1967 Moulded Products Limited name was changed to Nylex Corporation Limited. The company was subsequently acquired by A.C.I. Industries Limited and was delisted from the Stock Exchange in 1983.

In 1984 ownership of the company changed to BTR Hopkins and in 1986 the company was changed to BTR Nylex Limited.

BTR Nylex Limited was de-listed from the Stock Exchange in 1996.
