Summary
Established in 2007 through the merger of the the Bendigo Bank Limited and the Adelaide Bank Limited.
In 2014 the bank purchased the loan book and associated assets of the Victorian statutory authority the Rural Finance Corporation. The acquiistion was merged with the bank's rural banking arm.
